This policy explains what personal information PHR-Services collects through www.phr-services.com, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language, and it describes what we actually do today.
1. Who we are
PHR Services (بي اتش ار لخدمات التعهيد) is a limited liability company registered in Egypt. Commercial Register No. 190600. Tax Registration No. 696634074.

2. Information we collect
- When you send us an enquiry (Contact form): your full name, company name, job title (optional), business email, mobile number, company headcount and industry (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
- When you apply for a job (Careers page): your full name, mobile number, email, residence area, university, year of graduation, current employer (optional), LinkedIn profile (optional), cover letter (optional), your CV file, and the vacancy you chose.
- When you click our WhatsApp buttons: you leave our website and open WhatsApp. We only receive what you choose to send us in that chat. WhatsApp handles your information under its own terms.
- Automatically when you visit: our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site. We also load Google Tag Manager, which can run measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) that use cookies to count visits and see which pages are used, with approximate location and device type.
We do not ask for your national ID number, bank details, or health information through this website. Please do not send them to us through it.
3. Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you ask about.
- To review your job application and contact you about it.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
We use your information because you gave it to us for these purposes and agreed when you ticked the box and submitted the form.
4. Who we share it with
- Our service providers, listed below, only so they can run the website and our systems for us.
- For job applications: your full details are seen only by PHR-Services staff. While we recruit for a client company, we may show that company a limited profile of you: your first and second name, qualifications and experience, without your email, phone number or address. If you accept a job offer that we arranged for that company, we confirm with you first and then, one day before your first working day, share your full name, full details and full CV with it.
- Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our service providers:
- Web3Forms: receives Contact form messages and forwards them to our email.
- Supabase: the database and private storage where job applications and CV files are kept, hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and delivery.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics): measuring website visits.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.
- Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365): our email system, where the messages you send us arrive.
5. Where your information is stored
Most of these providers store information outside Egypt (for example in Europe or other countries). By submitting a form you agree to this transfer. We choose providers that protect the information they hold, but we do not control their systems.
6. How long we keep it
- Job applications and candidate records: we keep them until you ask us to delete your CV and data.
- Contact enquiries: we keep them for as long as we need them to follow up your enquiry, and we delete them when you ask.
- Website measurement data: as set in our analytics account.
7. Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you may:
- ask what information we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it or stop using it;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To use these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We will reply within 7 business days. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Centre.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your device. The measurement tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not stop you from using the site. We do not yet show a cookie preferences banner.
9. Keeping your information safe
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). CV files are kept in private storage that only our recruitment team can open. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
